A quiet day

Not much to talk about on the exercise front today. Walked the dogs, briskly, for 30 minutes tonight and I'm planning on doing a 10-15 mins Ab workout on the TRX - maybe while the hockey game is on? : )

As an aside, but on an exercise related note, tonight I set up an actvity for my son in the basement:

So the old drier finally died with a puff of smoke - actually, it was my M-I-L's drier. She replaced hers and we thought there was still life in her's so she sent it over. Fortunately I saved mine (it was still working fine, thankfully!) and now we have this broken one to get rid of. Jake thought he should be allowed to have it to shoot pucks into - Just like Syd the Kid!

Guess that proves that exercise and training doesn't have to be the standard or traditional! Thanks Syd! Now I can start to get use to the 'ping' and 'dink' noises coming from the basement.....
