Here's what the meal looked like:
We were SO full we almost rolled home! It was nice, and I liked walking hand in hand with my husband. Here's a shot of the two of us just as we were leaving to head home:

Today was a great workout, we did a full 18 mins with no rest - it was a list of exercises that we ran through 4 times - WITH NO REST! It was excellent, and I was feeling so good that I chose to wear 10 lb leg weights for the whole thing! Here are the exercises that I can remember:
skipping (60 seconds)
push ups (30 seconds)
mountain climbers (60 seconds)
jump-squats (30 seconds)
prisioner squats (60 seconds)
leg lifts (30 seconds)
side lunge-squat-side lunge (60 seconds)
Tomorrow Shanan and I are going to sneak into GoodLife for a class - I won a week free membership and I'm planning on taking advantage of some free classes this week! LOL! I'll keep you posted on how the classes are! Free is free and I'm not turning it down!

Goodlife (recently merged with Nubody's) is a women's only gym - they are generally found in the SuperStore facilities.
